Ballot Secrecy # 9 Envelope:
This is the envelope in which the completed ballot is inserted and sealed, prior to mailing. It is a canary colored # 9 envelope with a hole drilled in the center. The sample below is our "Universal" copy, but it can be customized if you wish. the copy is printed on the face of the envelope in black ink.

Ballot Return # 10 Envelope:
This is the envelope in which the completed ballot (inside the sealed ballot secrecy envelope) is mailed back to the Election Administrator. It is a # 10 regular white or colored envelope with a hole drilled in the center. It is printed in black ink on both the face and back. The back is the "universal" copy, for the "Voter's Affidavit" and the mailing address to which the ballot is being sent. (This is the address which shows through the window of the outgoing # 11 envelope. The face is the custom copy for the return address of the specific Election Administrator.

Ballot Outgoing # 11 Envelope:
This is the envelope in which the blank ballot, the ballot secrecy envelope, and the ballot return envelope are mailed to the voter. It is a # 11, standard window, white envelope. The voter name / address, which is printed / labeled (by the election administrator) on the back of the ballot return envelope should show through this window to provide the mailing address. This envelope is printed in black in on the face only. The face is custom copy with instructions and the return address of the Election Administrator.
